It Ends With Us
Author: Colleen Hoover
Genre: Romance, Fiction
My Rating: 3.5/5
Summary:
It Ends With Us follows Lily Bloom, a young woman who seems to have everything together—her own business and a new romance with a charming neurosurgeon, Ryle Kincaid. But as their relationship progresses, dark patterns begin to emerge, forcing Lily to confront painful memories of her past, including her first love, Atlas Corrigan. The novel explores the complexities of love, abuse, and self-worth, as Lily makes a life-changing decision to break a cycle of violence.
It’s emotional, powerful, and deeply personal.
My Thoughts:
When I first read It Ends With Us, I really liked it—it was one of the first romance novels I ever read, and I found it emotional and engaging. At the time, it felt impactful and memorable. But looking back now, after reading many other incredible books, I feel this one was more average in comparison. It doesn’t stand out as much anymore, but I still think it was a good read overall and a decent introduction to the romance genre.
